	I don't know exactly why the strike was decided, but I think the strike itself was wrong. Anyway, the fact that it goes on a strike proves that I did not do well during the URL negotiation process. Whether it's an assistant teacher or a horse manager, we have to gather and come up with the best plan to make it difficult to understand why they would go on URL strike. Everyone did not sincerely engage in negotiations for their own benefit. Not everyone is to blame, but everyone is to blame.
